June 27 : Actress Sonam Kapoor starrer Blind, first official teaser for the film is out, the film is remake of Korean crime drama revolving around a serial killer and blind girl with a dog.
The official handle of Jio Studios shared the teaser on social media.
Helmed by Shome Makhija and produced by Sujoy Ghosh, Avishek Ghosh, Hyunwoo Thomas Kim, Sachin Nahar, Pinkesh Nahar and Manish W.
The teaser opens with Sonam Kapoor sitting at a bus stop on a rainy evening in London. A car stops by, and the driver offers her a ride, Sonam gets inside the car, only to realise he is killer, whose next victim is banging in the trunk of the car.
Later, Sonam explains her incident to cops, and get herself a watch dog. But the killer is still targeting young girls and she swear to put him behind bars.
The film also stars Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak and Lillete Dubey in supporting roles. The film marks the comeback band-wagon for Sonam Kapoor, who was last seen in AK Vs AK in 2020.
The film will now premiere on Jio Cinema from 7th July 2023.
