New Delhi, June 26 : Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said on Monday that Congress mocking the Centre’s attempts to set up a semiconductor industry in Gujarat with the help of US-based Micron Technology is nothing but its “frustration” for not being able to do in last 40 years.
